Marilou Celestino

Marilou is a Research Analyst at The Decision Lab. She joined TDL to put her skills into work that has real-world impact. She has over 4 years of research experience, including ESG analysis, and nearly 7 years in copywriting and content operations, bringing both analytical rigor and practical communication to her work. Lou takes pride in being highly organized, detail-oriented, and loves solving problems, which helps her manage complex projects efficiently. She studied Development Studies at the University of the Philippines, where she was a College Scholar, participated in community and social causes, and wrote for The Manila Collegian. These experiences shaped her focus on research that makes a difference. She has a Lean Six Sigma White Belt and plans to earn additional certifications. Outside of work, Lou enjoys collecting vinyl records, catching her favorite artists in live concerts, and traveling locally and internationally.
