Intervention Description

New Zealand’s Inland Revenue sought to improve upon the number of people who were getting sick among government employees. This interevntion worked to encourage people to get their flu shot. These include three different types of emails — personalization, active choice and reward. The emails also worked to explain the ease of getting a flu shot and nearest location. The results demonstrated that along with these interventions, the percentage of people with the flu vaccine dramatically increased.
