McGill University

During her fellowship, Hilary worked with one of the largest nonprofit foundations to develop a framework for evaluating digital support tools in higher education, looking at how psychosocial factors shape student decision-making and engagement with ed-tech, and at how interventions can be designed to improve student outcomes. She also co-authored "Epistemic Fragility in Large Language Models" with Dr. Sekoul Krastev and researchers at NYU, testing whether frontier models push back when prompted with misinformation.

Hilary has since completed her PhD in Neuroscience at McGill University.
