Chantale was a Principal Researcher of Innovation Systems, working in the Innovation Mapping team at Nesta. She contributed to the team’s work on producing timely and relevant maps of innovation ecosystems using new big and open data sources, data science methods, and visualizations. Chantale was a core member of the team working on EURITO, a three-year project funded under Horizon 2020 that aimed to generate a new wave of research and innovation (R&I) indicators that are more relevant, inclusive, timely, trusted, and open than current indicators. She also worked closely with Nesta’s Health Lab and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation on a 15-month project to develop a ‘scanner’ to identify and map promising health innovations globally.
