Dr. Monserrat Casado Sánchez

Monserrat is a consultant at The Decision Lab. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience from McGill University, an MSc in Cognitive Sciences from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM), and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Universidad de las Américas, Puebla (UDLAP). She previously worked in health tech, building the scientific basis for prevention tools and ensuring that health guidance was grounded in solid research. She is passionate about making science more accessible and producing rigorous, evidence-based work. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, playing guitar, and staying active through various sports.
