You're about to create a diagnostic that will help you understand your team's relationship with AI tools. Here's how it works:

You set up the diagnostic and receive a unique link to share with your team.

2.

Team members complete a short anonymous survey about their AI adoption experience.

3.

You receive an analysis mapped to the SPROUT framework with actionable recommendations.

Privacy & anonymity

  • Team members are not asked for their names or emails.
  • Results are shown only in aggregate. No individual responses are visible.
  • If fewer than 5 people complete the survey, no results will be generated to protect anonymity.
  • Segments with fewer than 5 respondents are grouped together.
  • You can delete all data at any time after reviewing results.

This will be shown to survey participants so they know who initiated the diagnostic.
