Lauren Strano

Summer Content Intern

Lauren is a Summer Content Intern at The Decision Lab and a full-time undergraduate student at McGill University, where she studies Psychology, Communications, and Behavioral Science. She is particularly interested in human motivation and performance psychology, with a focus on how cognitive biases and environmental factors influence goal pursuit and behavioral outcomes.

As Editor-in-Chief of the McGill Psychology Students’ Association (MPSA) Undergraduate Research Journal, Lauren developed a strong appreciation for behavioral research, content creation, and building a vibrant research community. In the upcoming academic year, she will serve as Co-President of the MPSA, where she hopes to continue enriching the academic and extracurricular experience for psychology students at McGill.
