Matthaios Mantzios is the founder of UXellence, a UX consultancy in Athens, and Head of UX & Design at ITML, where he built the design function from scratch. He is the author of Web and Mobile Accessibility: A Comprehensive Guide to WCAG 2.2, the ADA, and the European Accessibility Act, now in its second edition. He is Nielsen Norman Group certified, holds an M.Sc., and writes about user research, design systems, accessibility and AI.
