Xingyan Lin
Senior Associate
Xingyan Lin is a Senior Associate at The Decision Lab. She holds a Master’s in Development Practice from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s in Public Policy. She believes in the incredible power of human cognitive behavior to change the world for the better.
Xingyan tried to apply quantitative and qualitative research tools to diagnose, design, implement and evaluate interventions informed by behavioral science in her previous work. Before joining The Decision Lab, Xingyan worked at the Center for Utilizing Behavioral Insights for Children, Save the Children International with behavioral change projects in Indonesia and China.
