Tim is passionate about building businesses and bringing world-class products and services to market. As the Global Managing Director of frog design, Tim led a team of 2,300 designers, strategists, engineers, program managers, marketers and data scientists in 38 studios across 19 countries to bring extraordinary services, products and experiences to market, in partnership with frog’s F500/G2000 clients. A seasoned communicator, Tim regularly speaks on innovation, strategy and design, and his frameworks have been published in Harvard Business Review. Tim has worked in the UK, US and Japan, but most of his career has been in Silicon Valley where he held product management, marketing and strategy roles.Tim has two degrees in philosophy from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Outside of work, Tim likes to climb mountains, read books and run marathons.
