Raisa Ladha
Lead, Patient and Provider Experience @ Ontario Health
Raisa Ladha is a public health professional with postgraduate education in public health and health systems, as well as extensive professional experience in health equity and mental health.
Raisa is currently pursuing a PhD in Health & Society at McMaster University, with a focus on systems, practices, and policy. She intends to develop a communication framework with providers and patients to foster collaboration and patient empowerment during emergency department visits.
Raisa also holds a Bachelor of Public Health and a Master of Science in Public Health and Health Systems from the University of Waterloo. Professionally, she works as a Crisis Responder Coach at Kids Help Phone, as well as a Health Equity Workshop Facilitator at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Throughout her research and professional work, Raisa continues to be deeply committed to health equity, patient advocacy, quality improvement, and workforce development.
