Charlotte Sparkes is a full-time law student at McGill University, where she is pursuing a dual degree in the Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law program. During her undergraduate studies, she gained hands-on research experience in social psychology, with a particular focus on empathic accuracy. As a content editor at The Decision Lab, Charlotte is passionate about making behavioral science more accessible—bridging the gap between academic research and real-world application by translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights. Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys trivia and trying out new recipes.
