Emma Perez

Emma is a Consultant at The Decision Lab with a background in sustainable development and adaptive learning. Before joining TDL, she spent over a decade leading mission-driven, sustainability-focused initiatives across Latin America, working with organizations like USAID and the UN to advance climate action and conservation, with a strong focus on the Amazon Basin. Emma is passionate about using behavioural insights and participatory processes to drive systems change, centering local and Indigenous voices in policy and program design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Universidad ESAN and is completing a Master’s in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex.
