Ruhani Walia

Summer Associate

Ruhani has a passion for using behavioural science to enact social good. Excited by the opportunities presented by gaps in the knowledge of human behaviour and technology, she has worked on projects involving blockchain to grant women more economic autonomy and wireless energy transfer. Prior to joining TDL, she was an innovation intern at Interac where she completed projects in open banking and consumer preferences. Ruhani also worked as a graphic designer at The Awesome Music Project, a non-profit funding mental health research, where she helped launch their digital platform. Currently, she is preparing to pilot a life-saving intervention in Nigeria with the Ministry of Health through her company Ending Maternal Mortality.
