Senior UX Designer
Jacklynn Pham is a user experience designer & researcher with experience in the public and private sector. She has worked internally for big tech companies and as a consultant for smaller teams, with a focus on non-profit and social impact work. Previously she worked at 18F, a digital consultancy within the US federal government committed to creating better, human-centered government services. As a senior interaction designer at Google, she worked within the Android team to extend the platform to smartwatches making them accessible. She’s taught communication design and research at the university level. She holds a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Communication Planning & Information Design and her background is in English and visual design.
