Dana recently graduated from McGill with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mathematics. Before joining the Decision Lab as an analyst, he spent several years working at an MRI laboratory at the Douglas Mental Health Institute to understand how the onset and progression of Alzheimer’s Disease can be mitigated through the use of anti-inflammatory medications such as Naproxen. He has had extensive experience in serious research programmes, through which he has published a first author peer-reviewed scientific article and presented his research at two international scientific conferences. Going forward, Dana is keen on applying his computational and statistical training to real-world problems involving the way that people make and rationalize their decisions. Starting in September of 2021, he will begin his PhD in biophysics and systems biology at Cornell University.
