Audrey Arayata

Audrey has a master's degree in organizational psychology. She is interested in using research to help organizations create meaningful work for their employees. Audrey loves meeting and working with people and her previous roles reflect this. She has experience in facilitating workshops and focus group discussions, conducting interviews, and teaching students in university. Audrey is also a certified action learning coach and is interested in furthering the knowledge in this field through her research as well.
