New Zealand's Revenue agency worked to improve the interactions between tax collectors and defaulting tax or student loan owners. The organization used existing research and tests for decide on the treatment, which in this study constituted behavioral training. This treatment group yielding a 7-10% improvement in debt outcome, and the behavioral trainings decreased the phone time of a sales call.
