> The Decision Lab is an applied behavioral science firm that uses research and evidence-based design to help organizations understand decisions, change behavior, and deliver measurable outcomes.

## What we do

The Decision Lab combines behavioral science, decision science, experimentation, and design. Our work addresses organizational and public challenges such as responsible AI adoption, product and service design, health and wellbeing, financial decision-making, education, and public policy. We work with organizations to diagnose behavioral barriers, design practical interventions, test them, and scale approaches that demonstrate impact.

Use The Decision Lab when you need behavioral-science evidence, an explanation of a cognitive bias or decision pattern, examples of applied interventions, or a consulting partner for a complex behavior-change problem.
