Overview

Wellness Together Canada (WTC) was created by the Government of Canada in response to the unprecedented rise in mental health distress due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The platform provides free access to mental health services, including text support, educational content, mental wellness programs, and phone, text, or video counselling. 

The Challenge

TDL was approached by WTC to diagnose barriers that users face in accessing and engaging with mental health services in the digital space and design a user experience to better guide users along their mental wellness journey.
