Tomasz Gajderowicz specializes in uncovering the incentives that really drive decisions, applying modern microeconomic methods to map subjects' preferences and assessments of options. Tomasz holds a PhD in economic sciences form University of Warsaw, where he currently works as an assistant professor. Beyond his academic work, Dr. Gajderowicz served as a consultant to the World Bank and serves as Research Director at the Evidence Institute. His projects have uncovered pivotal incentives in a wide spectrum of areas, from education to politics to development, and his work has examined countries around the world.
